Why pros use photo reports

One small habit after every job that protects you, sells your work and makes you look like a bigger company.

Fewer damage disputes

“That stain wasn't there before.” Photos and notes taken before you started, with the date and the customer's signature, document the condition clearly.

Look professional

A PDF with your logo instead of a “done 👍” text. It helps justify your price and wins repeat customers.

Ready-made social posts

Turn any job into a before/after collage (square or story format) with your logo, for Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

How it works

Built for a phone in one hand, in the customer's home or driveway.

Add the job

Pick the service and the customer — typed in or chosen from your phone contacts.

Photos before

Circle or point at existing damage and add a short note. Blur number plates or faces.

Checklist & photos after

Tick the checklist. A see-through overlay helps you match each “before” angle.

Sign & send

The customer signs with a finger. Share the PDF on WhatsApp, SMS or email, or print it.

  • Agreed before the job: scope, exclusions and extra charges, accepted by the customer.
  • Quotes from your own price list, shown in the report.
  • Clients with notes and tags, plus a job calendar.
  • Reminders before the job and for the next service, with a ready text message.
  • Review link and QR code at the end of the report.
  • Car details for detailing: plate, mileage, fuel level, items left in the car.
  • Voice dictation for notes and damage descriptions.
  • 13 languages — choose the language for each report.
